Dr. David Samadi is the Chairman of Urology, Chief of Robotic Surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital, Professor of Urology at Hofstra North Shore – LIJ School of Medicine, and a board-certified urologic oncologist specializing in the detection, diagnosis and treatment of urologic disease, prostate cancer, kidney cancer, and bladder cancer. As one of the few surgeons in the United States trained in oncology, open surgery and advanced minimally invasive treatments for prostate cancer such as laparoscopic radical prostatectomy and laparoscopic robotic radical prostatectomy, it is Dr. David Samadi’s life mission to bring global awareness and attention to a disease that is the second leading cause of death in men.
